This policy explains what information Racing Garage collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with, on both Android and iOS. We built this app to be simple, and we try to keep our data practices just as simple.

Information We Collect

Racing Garage does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to play. The information collected comes from the services listed below, which are built into the app to support ads, sign-in, and purchases. Some services are platform-specific, as noted.

We do not operate our own account system and do not store this data on our own servers — it is processed by the third-party services above, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Your in-progress race data, garage, and settings are saved locally on your device only, and are never transmitted off your device or shared with anyone.

How We Use Information

To display and measure the performance of in-app advertising
To provide leaderboards and achievements through Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS)
To process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
To diagnose crashes and improve app stability

Your Choices

On Android, you can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization) and reset your advertising ID from the same menu.
On iOS, you can limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and reset your advertising identifier from the same menu.
You can decline to sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) — leaderboards and achievements simply won't be available.
You can manage or delete data associated with your Google account at myaccount.google.com, or your Apple ID at privacy.apple.com.

Children's Privacy

Racing Garage is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Data Retention & Security

We do not maintain our own servers or databases for this app, so we do not independently retain your data. Data collected by the third-party services above is retained and secured according to their own policies, linked above.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
